Ahh…. the intricacies of learning a foreign language.
Here’s a question: Is there a difference between saying “he’s a friend of mine” and “he’s my friend”?
Not really.
But saying
(رفيقي)
“he’s my friend” carries a stronger level of closeness than
(رفيق لي)
“he’s a friend of mine”.
P.S~ Does anyone remember the name of the monkey in the movie “The Lion King”? ![]()
