Here’s a translation of Ajroomiya in english by Hamza Yusuf. If you don’t understand at least 50% of the original text in Arabic then i’m afraid this work won’t be much help to you. But if you get the general gist of it in Arabic then i believe the translation will help strengthen your understanding.
